Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, a return may be required once delivered.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for the same item or a similar product of equal value based on availability.
